I am an ACE certified trainer and nutritionist and started training clients in 2010. I do private in home training (mobile training). I bring any equipment you will need, and train clients in strength, flexibility and endurance training depending on your personal goals. I like to have my clients do a different type of workout every time I meet with them to prevent muscle imbalances and to keep them on their toes lol. I have trained women from age 14-85. Most of my clients train with me for 2-4 sessions per week.
