Before achieving fitness goals, the client must explain what has preventing them from achieving these goals in the past. What is the cause of needed fat loss, lack of energy ,little strength and muscle development. After doing a physical assessment, we can make a plan on how we will achieve these goals and in what time frame.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is first having some knowledge in nutrition, and maintaining a healthy diet. The second is treating your body like a machine that needs to be worked with weekly consistency, in areas of cardio, stretching and resistance training between 4-8 hours per week.

Good professional trainers love helping people achieve their goals in the field of physical fitness. They like being a major part of the challenge the client will have achieving their goals. I love to study exercise science and find new and better ways to stay as fit as possible for myself and my clients.

What I have done for myself in terms of a healthy and very fit body and vastly improve longevity of life, I can now help many people achieve the same thing. It is very rewarding to see the change in my clients body and mental attitude becoming fit and healthy.

Based on the results my clients are getting, I am very good at what I do.

I don't provide my services online, I am more interested in one on one training or in small groups.
