We moved into one of Kinnear and Falconer's flats that had been water damaged in the winter. Unfortunately, the repairs had not been done correctly and there was mould under several carpets in the flat. That is where the problems ended.Fortunately, the landlord and Kinnear & Falconer were 1st rate. Refunded everything, passed on our references and credit check to another agency that we found a flat with and were very friendly and helpful throughout. The landlord was even willing to pay for dry cleaning for any clothing affected by mould, which she did not have to do.I would recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind when it comes to renting.
