I have been working with lawyers to write Wills since 2007 and I was a lecturer for Chartered Financial Consultant program on Wills and Estate Planning.

- cheap Wills done by lawyers rarely come with consultation
- will writers who don't have professional indemnity insurance
- wills with consultation by lawyers are usually priced around $1000
And hence I decided to close the gap by offering both consultation and the peace of mind that the Wills are done by a proper law firm.
The lawyer would want to work with me because I am the middle man who help with looking for customers and also do the bulk of the work for him.

Because we provide
- consultations to help clients know what cannot be Willed away inside the Will under the law, answer any questions that they may have, and help to structure their Will (especially using the Common Disaster Clause)
- our Standard Will provides up to 3 specific gifts at no extra cost
- we also provide up to 3 alternate tiers of beneficiaries
- our $338 per Will price is transparent and can accommodate 99% of the requirements for writing Will. In rare cases where additional clauses are needed, we charge a flat $50 per clause. Price quoted is net and already include GST and lawyer's fees.
We can provide consultation online or via phone.
However, signing of the Will has to be done in front of the lawyer, as with current laws.
Please note that we do not write Muslim wills.
We set aside 2 days per month for Will writing and we practice safe distancing and safe entry at our lawyer's office.
We also require masks to be worn at all times.
