Norwich Puppet Theatre is an excellent introduction to the magic of theatre with original shows, activities, workshops and masterclasses for all ages. Situated inside a converted medieval church, the Theatre is one of only three building-based puppet theatres in England. Home to a family of puppets spanning over 30 years, we produce new shows for families and children which play in Norwich before touring the UK and internationally.

I have never been to anything like the Puppet Theatre before and my only experience of it is when I attended a short performance of Thumbelina there a couple of years ago with my 3 year old daughter. Both of us absolutely loved it! It took place in the smaller Octagon studio which only has room for about 50 people. All the children sat on the floor on cushions in between two small aisles of chairs reserved for the adults. The puppets were amazing! So beautifully created and with such character. The puppeteer was a brilliant story-teller and performed with the puppets so expertly that they really seemed to come to life. My daughter was totally focussed on the performance as were all the other children there. This is a great place to introduce young children to theatre entertainment.
We are a family restaurant located in the heart of Wroxham, right next to the river. We have an American dinner deco function room upstairs on a separate floor. Where we can accomodate up to 50 guests seated or 80 standing. Our cousine is Modern British, we are sourcing as many ingridients as possible from local producers. We prepare everything on the premises.

What can I say... Weather was determined to do its worst but in the end we won as no one cared there were bits not as we intended but that is the joy of having a relaxed 'do' in a field. The guests were brilliant and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the freedom and the treats and games. Our hosts Jane and John were first class. They were there helping with everything, they never left us to 'get on with it.' I can't praise them enough and I wish them all the best for their future with this lovely venue.

I had a really lovely meal at the manor hotel with my 11 year old son this evening it was lovely the food was delicious my son absolutely loved the steak and wants to go back for more, the staff where friendly and welcoming and helpful very good service,it was lovely and clean I would highly recommend it and we will be going back there again thankyou to you all at the Manor Hotel from sharon and jenson denbigh.
