This year Tony has been absolutely amazing. I've trained with him for quite a while now and have always felt really good about it but we (he !) decided that turning 50 was a proper milestone for me and it needed to be marked with a step up in application. So I put my name down for the Elite Team running a Tough Mudder in April and he put together a training plan for me from the beginning of the year. Running on road and off (up to 10 miles and I am NOT a runner), increasing, and importantly, varying our sessions in the gym and a complete overhaul of my nutrition later and job done. Tough Mudder completed, in SO much better shape than in many years (and much lighter) without ever being hungry and still running and keeping up the work put in so far this year. I thoroughly recommend Tony for his total commitment to ALL his clients - professional sportspeople or middle-aged mothers.
