I started working with Katie in March 2023 when I was 7 months postpartum. I am a triathlete and did maintain decent fitness over my pregnancy, but obviously pregnancy and labour had an impact! Katie is amazing! She has helped me not only get back to my pre-pregancy fitness but I am not a stronger cyclist and runner because of the training we do. I really enjoy how her approach is not only about the strengthening but about the entire body health so stretching and breathing are important too. Best personal trainer I have ever worked with by far. I even bring my toddler son along to my workouts on occasion :-)
