I’m George, head coach and founder of ITR. Over the last 15years I’ve transformed myself from overweight couch potato, to a multiple marathon, ultra and Ironman athlete and now I help similar athletes to reach their goals too.
I’m not an elite athlete. I have always balanced my training with a full-time job, active social life and a young family, so I can relate to recreational athletes who want to get the most out of their sport without compromising their personal commitments.
At ITR, we have only one “rule”:
Training must be fun. If it’s not, we’re doing something wrong! If you enjoy the training, you’ll do it, you’ll do it well, and you’ll keep on doing it!
How it works:
1) 30min consultation to discuss your goals, training background, any injury/medical history, your availability to train and any key dates.
2) I write you a totally customised training plan in either 7 or 28 day blocks
3) We catch up either every week or 28days to review your progress, shape the next training block, goals or milestones, or anything you need to discuss
4) You share the journey with fellow ITR-coached athletes via WhatsApp and weekly ZOOM calls; celebrating results, sharing best-practice and advice
