With a desire to increase my overall well-being, I first studied the traditional Japanese system of Reiki, called Usui Reiki Ryoho, as a method for self-healing, by completing Shoden level, 1st Degree in 2014. This rapidly proved to be not only a focus on personal development in relation to my health and wellbeing, but also, for my spiritual development. Reiki enhanced my life and promoted a sense of calm amongst other health benefits, especially through more challenging moments!
With increased self-development and practice, came the desire to progress within Reiki and so I went on to complete Okuden level, 2nd Degree and became a Reiki Practitioner in 2017. I also undertook Continued Professional Development for Reiki in 2014 and 2015.
The development of spiritual and psychic mediumship and love of philosophical writing first came in 2014, from an invitation to a spiritual development circle where I thoroughly enjoyed providing clear and detailed messages or philosophy, to people, both from a psychic and spiritual connection.
I am now a Certified Angel Card Reader and Certified Fairyologist (Doreen Virtue courses) which has continued to support my personal growth and deepen my connections with my higher self, Divine and elemental beings. My readings have been validated to be detailed, accurate and inspiring.
Gaining a Diploma in Meditation has enabled me to consider my meditation practices and how these have promoted my overall wellbeing and guidance in life. This has led to the privilege of sharing these practices, through card readings, Reiki and my blog, with others.
I believed in fairies as a child and, as an adult, I have now re-kindled a love of all things magical!
