We have had issues with two previous planner/architects that were supposed to have years of experience and said they knew what they were doing, unfortunately this has worked out not to be the case. We met Hasan and just by the way he spoke to us we felt that he would see our project as his own, while he was working for us rather than just another job to promote his company.
He is a very softly spoken gentleman yet he exudes a level of confidence way past his years. After meeting with him in his office and fully explaining what we wanted, to me he made it seem like it was very easy to acquire. May I also say that from my minds eye and hind sight, his drawings are the most detailed yet comprehensible.
