Quantity Surveyor
I can offer any QS services, from pre-construction stage to construction and final account.
This includes validating the cost plan, take-off measurement, procurement and managing the subcontractors, preparing/managing the monthly application and variations, contract management, CVR, review and preparing contract documents, agreeing final account.
Microsoft Training (Excel, Words)
I use Microsoft Words and Excel on my day-to-day job, therefore I could teach on the use of those applications.
