Debbie is an amazing landlady. She's funny, reliable, kind and always there at the end of the phone when Ive needed her. If there is something that needs fixing in the flat or something that needs replacing she is there, nearly always the same day as well. She is honestly the best landlady I've had and I hope to continue living here for a very long time. Thanks Debbie :)

Without doubt the best estate agent experience we have ever had, polite and efficient staff, kept us well informed throughout selling period. One staff member worked on her day off to assist us in getting sold quick enough to secure the property we wanted on the same day!The fees are better value than all the other local office based agents in the area. We liked using this local agent because it is almost as cheap as some online agents but with an office in town with knowlegable staff available on the telephone after hours.

I have worked for Vibrant Energy for over two years - and even though i have ups and downs - this is expected in a fast paste ever growing environment - Its how the company, managers and my colleagues supports me through the downs and celebrates the highs that truly makes vibrant a great place to work. the support we get here is the office and the support we have from our team of assessors is second to none. I have to be honest when I first started living in my new accommodation there were a number of issues regarding maintenance and I thought it was going to be a nightmare throughout but thanks to the umbrella Homes team they fixed everything in a short matter of time and were so helpful. One of the best moves i'v made as a landlord was to ask Move It Properties to start to manage my property in Ferndale. They found a tenant quickly, even before i'd completed on the property and it was a case of picking up the keys and handing them over to Louise the same day, who needs a special mention as she has been absolutely surperb. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has made such a good impression that Move It now have their 3rd property for me some 8 months later and i've literally had no void periods. I was a little worried initially about their base location (Beddau Ponty) in relation to my properties Ferndale, New Tredegar, Aberdare, but having met Louise and exchanged many emails (answered quickly) and seeing how Louise deals with tenants and their meetings and with myself, I dont think, not being local has been a negative.. in fact. I dont think I could be any happier. I've been with a few more well known, larger, more local firms thinking it would be better for me and the tenant, but the service from those has been nothing like that given by Move It Properties which has been far superior.Kind regards Move It Team,Ben Driscoll.

I visited same agent in Cardiff, but they didn't find a room , becouse i'm Asian, not British. Luckily i found this agent. They are very kind for me. If you find a good agent who are very helpful for foreigner, you should visit here. I realized that it is hard for foreigner to find a room.
