The process of letting a room/property was straightforward enough and the exit process was just as quick. I had my deposit back within a couple of days too. I had a few unsavoury housemates come and go, but it would be unfair of me to completely pin that on the agency. They did process our complaints but they were very slow at it, hence the missing star. All in all, a straightforward agency to deal with and no hidden fees or over the top intrusive background checks, so as an Agency they did their job. Well done Aspire More...
