How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

A healthy diet is the cornerstone of a healthy body. Wellbeing is more than just nutrition though, and incorporates all aspects of a persons lifestyle.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that my work is many-facetted; it allows me to connect with people and learn about their journeys. It gives me the opportunity to use my problem-solving skills, and combine both the clinical approach as well as the human-approach to helping my clients discover their healing environments.

What inspired you to start your own business?

In Nov 2015 I lost a friend to breast cancer. She was only 48 and her son was 7. This prompted me to reassess my life, and leave behind many years in investment experience to pursue a new career in nutrition.

Why should our clients choose you?

Modern medicine is always evolving, but the management of chronic illness has relied too much on symptom relief without much regard for trying to resolve such symptoms at their root. Functional medicine is well designed to help uncover the individual drivers of imbalance in a person's body so that wellness is achieved over the longer term. I strive to educate my clients so they know what habits keep them in their healing space.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes. I provide Zoom consultations in a 1-1 setting or group programs.
