From one to one personal training, small group training, Boot Camps and Sports massage therapy for muscle maintenance.
I've done a number of fitness classes with Alan over the last year, and I can honestly say they are amongst the most challenging ones I have attended. He's a brilliant instructor and personal trainer.
I've also had a sports therapy session with him recently, and it has worked wonders. My previous pains/strains have eased tenfold, and as a result my training has greatly improved. I very highly recommend Alan :)

Nicky is fantastic, he assesses your needs and then provides treatment to help. His massages have left me able to move a lot more easily after being incredibly stiff, and since he has been able to help my back so much, I now use him regularly to keep me from getting so stiff. Honestly the best find in Oxford for me!! His treatment room is also wonderful, brand new and just feels very comfortable to be in. Great service all round.

I am really surprised by some of the reviews. We have been going here for about 2 years. We've tried a variety of treatments-and agree some were more "us" than others. However, I am shocked that people feel ripped off. The first time, yes, you do chat for a while to try to get to what the underlying causes might be. However, even then you should get a full treatment. Regarding vouchers (I bought one last year for someone), you buy by value and then the value can be used towards a treatment-for example the treatment I thought my friend would like was £45 but they explained that if I bought the voucher it would be to that value and when she booked she could choose what she wanted and top it up herself if she wanted something more. I do agree if you owed money they should have said before you went in/when you booked. Cancellation terms are quite clear, if a little harsh. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you have to pay. I cancelled with more or less exactly 24 hours notice once (having to leave a voice mail) and they were fine about it. From an independent working point of view you have to understand that if you cancel then the practitioner doesn't earn anything, unless they can resell your slot, but still have to pay the room hire fees. If several people cancelled in one day the practitioners could be seriously short of money. I think the idea is to make you think if you really do need to cancel and stop people just messing them about. Like I said we have had dozens of treatments now and have never had a problem.
