The way they run this saloon is absolutely disgraceful. Not even mentioning the poor hygiene, they have no manners to the costumers. Horrible experience.

Warm welcome but quickly disappointed by the dirty place. One member of staff was rude and condescending; I did not expect to be treated in this way - this was unacceptable.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working from home for many years after my normal hours of business on friends and family and it was getting too busy to be able to keep going that way and therefore I decided to take the leap of finally opening my own salon which has always been a dream of mine since leave Oxford International College of Beauty.
