I found Nurturia on Google, and I'm so glad I did. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. 6 stars if I could.

Ria is brilliant. She is extremely passionate about her job and this shines through. Alongside her warm and sunny personality, she is incredibly skillful at her job, and takes the time to really work out what works for you. I have a health condition which comes with muscle pain and fatigue, and Ria has really helped this. I cannot recommend her highly enough. More...

Ria is amazing and I highly recommend her. She is so skilled, and even researched how to tailor the massage to support my health condition. She is incredibly professional, yet also very warm and friendly. Going for a massage with Ria is always a highlight of my week, and I always walk away in less pain, more relaxed and refreshed. What do you love most about your job?
Making people feel great and in turn this makes me feel great! I get real satisfaction from hearing how my massage therapy has improved the quality of a persons life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I created Nurturia to realise my dream of bringing physical and emotional balance to those in need. Having worked much of my working life in the corporate world I became disillusioned with it and yearned for a more rewarding career. Then I rediscovered a long-lost passion, massage. Throughout my teens and early twenties, I was often rubbing friend’s shoulders, helping to relieve tension and making them feel nice. Everything about massage therapy aligned with my priorities in life; helping others, making a difference, connecting with people. It was the worthy career I was looking for!
Having experienced first-hand the benefits that Holistic & Therapeutic Massage bring to both body and mind I decided to undertake training and qualified with distinction in ITEC Diploma in Holistic & Therapeutic Massage. I want to offer people the opportunity to regain their physical and mental health and share the wealth of benefits that can be achieved.
Why should our clients choose you?
My genuine concern for their well-being and my constant desire to deliver the best massage to meet their needs. I tailor my service to my clients needs and provide aftercare advice where needed. My aim is to create a safe space where the body and mind can be healed through the wonderful power of massage. I also indulge the senses with gorgeous stress-relieving aromas, peaceful music and gentle, ambient lighting.
Holistic & Therapeutic Massage
I specialise in Holistic & Therapeutic Massage Therapy. As a holistic practitioner I treat my client as a whole, taking into account their emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as their physical body. The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body. The term 'holistic' comes from the Greek word 'holos' meaning whole. Using this method I create individual treatment plans that are specifically tailored to each of my clients.
