I've done a number of fitness classes with Alan over the last year, and I can honestly say they are amongst the most challenging ones I have attended.
He's a brilliant instructor and personal trainer.
I've also had a sports therapy session with him recently, and it has worked wonders. My previous pains/strains have eased tenfold, and as a result my training has greatly improved. I very highly recommend Alan :)

I've been doing boot camp with Alan for a year now. At first I didn't know what to expect but I absolutely love it. With a variety of different exercises every week, it never gets boring. I love the tyre work we do which is an absolute all over workout in its self. I have hip problems and find some things I cannot do but Alan will always give an alternative. I feel I have more energy since starting and have noticed a difference in my physique and feel a lot more toned. I would recommend Alan's classes to anyone. More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We all know that training is a big commitment and can be daunting.
I try my very best to keep thing light hearted whilst ensuring that you are challenged and motivated.
You need to enjoy your sessions and my aim is to see that you do (even when I'm pushing for that one last rep).
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Obviously hard work but even more important is a passion / desire to succeed.
Commitment, commitment, commitment.
Pushing through those weeks when you just can't be bothered because you know that victory is
on the other side.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and helping so many fascinating people to improve their wellbeing.
If i can change just one persons life for the better I've done my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Madness!
I guess a re-evaluation of what I wanted my life to be about.
