Gudi Massage was established in 2018 out of the desire to help people suffering from debilitating pain arising from medical conditions, accidents or other unexplained reasons and also to help improve the well being of other individuals through relaxation therapies. Having personally suffered severe pain for over a year following a car crash, Gudi massage therapy founder Lia Jordan reluctantly took up massage therapy with hopes of improving her health.

This beautiful soul lady trained me and my husband in Raindrop & Vitaflex Technique. We have great respect for Sheila, she is full of holistic and life knowledge which she unselfishly shares it with her students. We can't wait to start our new course in Aromatherapy with Sheila Crouch and also book ourselfs into her Norfolk retreat.
People see me as I have 12 years experience. Listen to what needs to be addressed. I'm easy to talk to and patients say I make them feel at ease. I have a warm and friendly therapy room and I'm easy to contact and book appointments. I do not not offer home visits.

I have been to this centre several times for different treatments. Monica is always on time (very good as i have to be in for kids after school). The room is warm and the treatments lovely. My damaged ligaments in my knee got alot better fast after a full body balance and migraines from a head injury have reduced. Can usually park free in the area - be prepared to look around for a parking spot in the summer.
I offer a relaxing back, shoulders, neck, head and face massage. Indian Head Massage has many benefits including, reduction in headaches, a better sleep pattern, reduces anxiety. Also good for promoting hair growth as the stimulation of the head promotes healthy luxurious hair. I am a mobile therapist who will come to your house so that you can relax afterwards without having the stressful drive home.

I've been treated by Katy on a number of occasions, for sitting at a desk to almost breaking my body through training.
Her knowledge and delivery of treatment is more then I ever expected. She explains what damage has been done, exercises to aid repair and how to help prevent it happening in the future.
I would thoroughly recommend East Coast Therapy for any treatments that you need, a very friendly, approachable and professional team.

Having had previous sports massages, I went in to my first appointment expecting a similar experience. I was very wrong. Heidi put me at ease right from the start, with a professional yet personable manner. She explained the process to me fully, and was the epitome of professional. As I mentioned, I have had numerous Sport massages, with different therapists. I expected to find a little release after my appointment, but I did not expect the results I was given. The only explanation I can attribute to my knot free back (resulting in the death of both Mark and Bob, who had taken up residence in my shoulders and were clearly not in any hurry to bugger off) is that Heidi is magic. Would highly recommend this service and this lady!

Helping people return to doing what they want to do with their lives.
We will always work with you to set a goal for the treatment and make sure you get exactly what you want from our service.
Recover Physiotherapy was formed in 2012 after owner, Stuart, realised that the provision of Physiotherapy in Norfolk was limited. "I set out to create a Physio company that did things a little differently and had more to offer the people of Norfolk".
"I get frustrated with the amount of people who live in pain or discomfort and can't do the things they want to do but can't get the help they need. I hear the same story all the time of someone being told just to 'rest and take pain killers' or that 'it's just part of getting old', this really isn't true. Our physio's find out what the patient's goals and expectations are and tailor the treatment to them, that's so important but is so often missed".
We make it personal and that's what makes us different.
Tell us what you miss doing in your life and we'll work with you to achieve it.
We have rehabilitation equipment at every clinic but are just as happy showing you exercises you can do in your own home, it's up to you.

What types of massages does a Massage Therapist offer?
Swedish massage - This is a gentle type of full body massage that is ideal for people who have a lot of tension, are sensitive touch and are new to massage. It can help to release muscle knots and is a good choice if you want to fully relax during your treatment.
Hot stone massage - Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. The massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands.
Aromatherapy massage - Aromatherapy massages are best for people who want to have an emotional healing component to their massage. Aromatherapy massages combine soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. Essential oils are diluted before being applied to the skin.
Deep tissue massage - Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It is a good option if you have chronic muscle problems such as soreness, injury or imbalance.
Sports massage - Sports massage is a good option if you have a repetitive use injury to a muscle such as what you may get from playing a sport. It’s also a good option if you are prone to injuries because it can be used to help prevent sports injuries.
Trigger point massage - Trigger point massages are best suited for people who have injuries, chronic pain, a specific issue or condition. Sometimes areas of tightness in the muscle tissues, known as trigger points can cause pain in other parts of the body. By focusing on relieving trigger points, this type of massage can reduce pain.
Reflexology - Reflexology is a great option for people who are looking to relax or restore their natural energy levels. It is also a good option if you aren’t comfortable being touched on your entire body. Reflexology uses gentle to firm pressure on different pressure points of feet, hands or ears.
Shiatsu massage - Shiatsu massage is best for people who want to feel relaxed and relieve stress, pain and tension.
Thai massage - Thai massage is best for people who want a more active form of massage and want to reduce and relieve pain and stress.
Prenatal massage - Prenatal massage can be a safe way for women to get a massage during pregnancy. It can help reduce pregnancy body aches, reduce stress and ease muscle tension.
Couple’s massage - A couple’s massage is a massage that you do with your partner, friend or family member in the same room. Other treatments such as pedicures, facials, and body scrubs are sometimes offered as part of a package.
Chair massage - A chair massage is best for people who want a quick massage that focuses on your neck, shoulders and back. A chair massage can also be a way to introduce you to massage if you have never had one before. This type of massage uses light to medium pressure.
What should I consider before deciding on my massage therapist?
There are a number of factors that are worth considering before choosing your masseuse.
Choice – It is important to consider why you want a massage. Do you want to find relief from chronic pain or are you just looking for a way to relax? Deciding why you want to get a massage will help you narrow down your options and find the right massage therapist.
Comfort- Getting a massage is a great way to relax both physically and mentally. It is easier to take advantage of this benefit when you feel totally comfortable. That is why you should find a massage therapist that makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Recommendations – You are likely to have at least one friend or family member that has visited a professional massage therapist and read their reviews on Bark.
You can be confident that any of the Bark local massage therapists listed will give you a relaxing and therapeutic massage.
How do I check the Massage Therapists’ credentials?
You could look for massage therapists with a Level 3 Diploma in Massage or Complementary Therapies. The Council for Soft Tissue Therapies (GCMT) is the governing body for massage therapy and recommends that all massage therapists have taken a full or part-time course.
Before you choose a massage therapist, you could read testimonials and read details of their services on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read massage reviews from past customers too. This might also help you get some ideas for the type of massage you want to book.
