Helping people feel better than they did when they walked in my door. Meeting new people also.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being Self-employed has helped greatly to fit in around family life. So I could be there for the children when needed.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In the clinic that I worked in we wore masks. Antibaced the room between patients. Washed my hands before and after massage and will continue to do so in my new premises.
Indian Head Deep Tissue and Aromatherapy Massage.
Indian Head- very beneficial for neck and head pain by stimulating blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
Deep Tissue- helps with tired and aching muscles blood stagnation. Sciatica, frozen shoulder improving range of motion and promoting better sleep.
Aromatherapy uses oils and massage on a more gentle basis as the oils can help with alleviating fatigue, stress, headaches and dry skin With effects lasting up to a week.
