Thai Massage
Reduce stress, anxiety, and muscle & joint pain
Beloved for its healing properties, Thai Massage is a holistic treatment that adjusts and invigorates the body. The therapist uses foot and hand pressure to stimulate energy flow along the Sen lines, relieving the body of stress and tension. Thai Massage is done on a floor mat, over clothing, without oils and lotions. It is the best choice if you’re looking to quieten the mind, increase energy levels, and harmonise the body.
Thai Herbal Compress
Soothe sore muscles & boost immunity
Known as an ancient aromatherapy technique, Thai Herbal Compress Massage has a relaxing and refreshing effect on the body and mind. It includes a combination of traditional Thai herbs wrapped in a cloth bag and heated in an herbal steamer. The compress, gently applied to the skin during massage, helps to soothe sore and overworked muscles and joints, relieve sprains, reduce inflammation, and stimulate body circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Relieve muscle pain & stiffness
Deep Tissue Massage helps realign deeper muscle and connective tissue layers. It focuses on specific chronically contracted areas, such as the neck, shoulders, and back, through a dedicated set of strokes and techniques. While it may cause soreness during or right after the treatment, Deep Tissue Massage helps relieve muscle pain and stiffness, reduce stress levels, and promote calming of the body and mind.
Thai Foot Reflexology
Deeply restorative & suitable for all problems and ages
As an ancient natural healing therapy, Thai Foot Reflexology Massage promotes a state of balance and lasting well-being. It is based on the principle that the foot is a chart of the entire body: applying pressure to different foot points reduces and eliminates blockages in corresponding glands and organs. Stress and headache relief, pain alleviation, better digestion, and improved sleep are among the many benefits of Foot Massage.
Sports Massage
Increase performance & prevent injuries
Sports massage is a specialty massage commonly applied before, during, and after athletic events. It can treat the whole body, a specific area, or injury. Sports massage helps prepare the athlete for peak performance by reducing fatigue and muscle tension, relieving swelling, and improving flexibility. It also helps shorten injury recovery time and increases blood circulation, lymph flow, joint range of motion, and overall well-being.
Hot Stone Massage
Soothe muscle knots & relax the nervous system
The usage of heated flat stones during massage serves to heal and detox the body. As you lie face down, the therapist places hot stones on different body parts, such as the back, legs, and arms. They help warm the muscles, improve blood circulation, and relax the nervous system. Hot Stone Massage is an excellent choice if you’re looking to reduce stress, improve sleep patterns and circulation, and eliminate toxins.
Aromatherapy Oil Massage
Boost physical & emotional welfare
Aromatherapy oil massage fuses massage therapy benefits with the therapeutic properties of essential oils. The therapist combines a chosen essential oil with a carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and uses a mix of strokes, kneading, and circular movements to release knots and tension in your muscles. This holistic massage lowers stress, strengthens the immune system, reduces inflammation, and elevates mood.
Table Massage
In-depth relaxation for the entire body
Table Massage is a deeply rejuvenating treatment that addresses tensions and chronic problems. Through a range of movements – adjusted from traditional Thai massage done on a floor mat – the therapist uses their hands, elbows, knees and feet to bring the body into alignment. The massage is performed fully clothed and without oils. It improves flexibility and the range of motion, promotes calmness, and helps relieve pain and muscle tension.
Chair Massage
Specifically designed for back and neck problems
Chair massage takes place on a traditional massage chair, taking the weight off the spine and allowing access to the head, neck, back, shoulders, and arms. Combining Thai Massage movements and Thai acupressure points, the therapist works on the chronically contracted muscles and knotted areas. The massage is commonly done over the clothes and does not require oils or creams.
Anxiety & Stress

Tests demonstrate lower measures of psychological stress follows treatment against other phsyical therapies for the same condition.
Mobility
Age makes us less mobile, stuck at a desk or simply lack of inactivity affects our performance. In a study of 34 footballers over a 10 day period having a massage three times players showed significant improvement in their sit and reach exercises.
