I offer counselling and hypnotherapy, hypnobirthing, massage(pregnancy, Swedish and aromatherapy) and reiki healing. I also offer mindfulness based stress reduction as a mini course with all materials and use this also in my counselling for stress, anxiety and depression. Hypnotherapy is perfect for easily changing negative habits, making life changes and boosting confidence.
Beth is a supportive, encouraging and motivational trainer. I have only been training with her for a month but really have enjoyed all the sessions we have had. She knows my limits but also when to push. Highly recommend her and her PT classes!
I have exercised most of my life and never had a sports massage. I have recently upped my running in preparation for a half marathon and have been having regular massages from Tina. She’s worked wonders on my legs and I’m running farther and quicker than ever. I’ve also learnt a lot about what I should be doing to keep my muscles in the best shape. Great massage and great banter to go along with it. Highly recommend.
