Excellent practice - everybody friendly - Matt ( chiropractor) is excellent, friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and has solved my chronic back pain in 6 months … I’m now happily going once per month for maintenance, prior to finding Matt I had seen a number of physiotherapists and osteopaths - all could help but only Matt has fixed the root cause of my problem. I’ve had 8 sessions so far, starting weekly, then every 2 weeks, now onto once a month going forward. Throughout, all staff have been excellent. The reception team are friendly & professional & Matt who has been treating me is amazing at what he does, easy to talk to and very professional. As far as treatment goes, the lower back pain that I had from working an office job has greatly decreased and I don’t feel that tight feeling anywhere near as much as I used to. Needed emergency appointment for my friend who was visiting. Receptionist Kim has done an amazing job accommodating us on a short notice. My friend was really happy with the approach, explanations and the treatment she has received. The fact that she wasn’t long term client made no difference to the way she was examined and treated. The team is very professional while remaining friendly, joyful and approachable. The facility is lovely too. Absolutely fantastic service, and staff. I first went to the Macclesfield Chiropratic after a back injury left me with very limited and painfull movement. Matthew was brilliant, he conducted a full assessment, and recommended movements for me to do at home, aswell as putting a plan in to place. I have now been seeing Matt for about 7 months, and I honestly don't know what I would do without this service. I have also seen Siobhan for massage, who is also fantastic. The whole team were so welcoming, from reception to couch! I had an incident which laid me out; it turned out to be a bulging disc. Matt guided me through all stages, from initial emergency work, via MRI scans (their links with a scanner in Stockport helped tremendously), to a full discussion of the options and ongoing therapy and advice ever since. I have never felt so positive about my back (had issues over the years); Matt gave me graduated sets of exercises (stretch and strengthen) which have brought me back to full functioning as a regular squash player. So grateful to Matt and the team … such empathy .. the patient is fully involved in the process and understanding – this is the way to heal. I followed Will from Dynamic Chiropractic in Sale to his new clinic in Macclesfield 8 years ago. I live in Sale so it’s a 30 minute car journey, but it’s worth it. 
Will is the only chiropractor that knows how to treat me without under-doing it or over-doing it. My hyper-mobile body is rather sensitive and Will manages to keep the aches and pains to a minimum. When I went through chemotherapy and surgery, I continued to visit Will (with surgeon and oncologist permission), and he adapted his treatment to keep me as aligned and pain free as possible. I felt supported and cared for throughout, and extremely grateful. Will takes a holistic approach to treatment, which suits me. We have in-depth chats about why I am suffering in parts of my body; he’s marvellous at explaining the 'why’s' and offering practical exercise and solutions in a language I can understand. I was having neck and shoulder pain for 6 years until I decided to try a chiropractor. I'm so glad I did and thanks to Will, my pain is pretty much gone. I'm now going to have monthly appointments for a while to maintain and keep on top of it. I suffer with my mental health and was stuck in this cycle of feeling depressed/anxiety and having this pain and then the pain would be more intense because of my mood. I would highly recommend Macclesfield chiropractic. I went originally with a neck injury about 2 years ago and have been going regularly every since. I would really recommend James as he explains everything clearly and gives me exercises to do to help inbetween. I also see Olivia for sports massages which has been really beneficial along side the chiropractor treatment. She changes her treatment based on where needs work and is really knowledgeable. I have been attending the clinic for a number of years with various problems and have always found everyone very professional and friendly. James explains all aspects of treatment and suggests ways I can improve things myself to complement the treatment he provides. I will highly recommend this company, due to several factors. From the start I was always kept informed about my treatment, progress to date and what I needed to do at home. I wasn't sure what to expect when I made my first appointment, as soon as I walked in all the fears I had went away, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Matt was super attentive and extremely thorough with his examination and explained exactly what he was doing and why in terms that were easy to understand. I don't think any words can describe how much Macclesfield Chiropractic has changed my life for the better. Back in July, I booked an appointment as my back pain got worse than usual and it was the best decision I made. Will investigated my pain and put me on the correct course of treatment to reduce the discomfort I was having. He did not just focus on the main area of pain and reviewed neck, legs, hips, pelvis etc. I thought this was interesting because you think there's just one area of pain but other areas could be contributing to this. Also, he advises on how much exercise is right at the time. The main thing for me is I was very nervous when attending at first but gradually I am getting calmer and that is thanks to Will explaining every detail to me and also the lovely women on reception who chat to me which calms me down before my appointment. I was unsure if I was wasting the time as I thought my pain was just minor but turns out it was not only the best thing for me physically, but also mentally. I came to Will on recommendation from my girlfriend and i am so glad i listened. Have had a persistent pain in my thigh and knee for years which i and many doctors just put down to old injuries and was kind of told by my GP to live with it. It took WIll a single 40 min consultation to show me where the issues lay and then to work on sorting me out, 4 sessions in and i no longer have constant pain in my knee or thigh and i walk straight now. I have had a bad back and hip since I was pregnant nearly 8 years ago. I should have done something sooner and that is my big regret. Absolutely amazing!! Defiantly recommend to anyone! Ive been seeing Will for well over 2 years now, I originally went to see will as i could hardly walk with back pain.
