We loved the fact that Karen made it clear that we could pick parts of the design that we loved or go with the whole theme. It was also nice to know that we could do things in stages and that we did not have to do everything at once. This has allowed us to stick to our budget and start with a colour scheme. Karen also recommended excellent tradespeople who were easy to work with and who have done a very professional job. I loved the fact that we had a female painter and decorator who had such excellent attention to detail.
When we were presented with the initial design, we understood what a keen eye Karen has. I had a “wow” moment when I walked back into my house when the decoration had finished. It was a lovely feeling.
