What do you love most about your job?

The thing I love most about my job, is putting smiles on people’s faces, putting them in my shoes, looking after them like I liked to be looked after if I were in their position. and helping them do the little things that they are not able to do, also assuring them that, all hope is not lost, as long as there is life, there is hope.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My mum was a victim of robbery in south east London on a Sunday morning going to church. She was waiting for transport at a bus stop, there she was stabbed several times, and a hammer was used on her left eye, and she was blinded on that eye. she suffered a lot, and ended up on a wheel chair.

I was virtually working alongside her carers, also with my full time job, and also looking an after 5 children. I saw my my mum, go from a healthy looking woman to a woman who depended on me and her carers for every thing, and it break my heart to see that, even eating was a problem, her fingers could not grip a spoon.

When she passed away, I made up my mind to go into the care industry to extend my hand of sympathy to the elderly and vulnerable, to put smiles on their faces, in any way possible.

Why should our clients choose you?

Your clients will choose me because of my extensive knowledge and experience in the care sector, with different client groups. I have a good tract record, and my reviews speaks for me.

I am very reliable and flexible, and can adapt to changes to suit clients within a short notice. We are fully trained in all areas of care.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

At the moment we cannot provide our services remotely. These is not possible, as most clients will have to be given personal care, dressing, bowels management , medication, feeding and toileting. Our physical presence in clients home is what makes a difference

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

The changes has been following the guidelines on Covid-19. Making sure once we go into client homes, we wash our hands with hand wash and then used sanitizers provided, wearing mask, we provide PPE , which is to be worn at all times, changing gloves after each intervention with client and washing of hands there after, making sure all surfaces are cleaned.

If a carer is deem to have cold, and sneezing, they are advised to contain the cold by sneezing into a tissue and to bin it immediately

If carer is unwell, we advise them to stay home and contact NHS 111 and seek advice, until they are well enough to return to work.
