What do you love most about your job?
One of our primary objectives at Masterplan from its inception has been to assist those in need of work within the sector, not only get their desired job at a salary they are happy with, but also ensure that they are properly prepared for it too. During the pandemic, the unemployment rate within the healthcare industry rose, as it did within numerous other institutions. Many people were left jobless, struggling with the new cost of living they urgently needed new employment, but the pandemic also brought about changes within Health & Social Care. This is when the founders at Masterplan came up with the idea of using the business to tackle both issues of helping people get the job the desire, but also making sure they are trained enough to satisfy our clients and also treat the ones needing the care with proper ethics and morals.

With many years spent dedicated to research, we have gathered a strong team of specialists whose main aim is to train and develop quality health & social care workers. The institution is one of the backbones to our society, care for the elderly and vulnerable members of our communities is something that we believe should be done with the utmost respect and empathy. We prioritise extending this same sentiment to all out employees, ensuring we provide reliable people to our clients. We also have a strong ethos on respect to members & trainees within Masterplan, as we focus on creating an environment people feel drawn to return to if ever necessary.

We can provide online training as well as face-to-face mentoring. Similarly, we take on clients via the internet, as well as domiciliary care and care homes businesses.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We insure that all our members/ trainees that go out to jobs have received their vaccinations, also face-to-face training and mentoring are done so with protective measures, such as facemasks and frequent use of sanitisation. All new members are also queried about vaccinations prior to joining.
