What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Citywide aims to keep you safe as we take care of you during the COVID-19 pandemic. We supply fully vaccinated staff to your home and we respect any Covid-safe rules you would like to apply such as mask-wearing.
Live- in care
Live-in care enables you to get full-time support that allows you to live independently in the comfort of your home. A Citywide Care Solutions Carer will come and live with you- providing personal care and support for a wide range of conditions.
Domiciliary Care
We provide personalised care that meets your individual care needs. Our professional Carers are available to assist you from as little as an hour per week to as often as you need our care and support. We have a wide range of services that enable you to live a fulfilling life at home
Respite Care
Respite care means taking a break from caring, while the person you care for is looked after by someone else. It lets you take time out to look after yourself and helps stop you from becoming exhausted and run down.
Eligibility. Anyone looking after a friend, family member, or neighbour who needs their help due to illness, disability, or old age may be eligible for respite.
Palliative Care
If you have an illness that cannot be cured, such as Cancer or Heart problems- palliative care makes you as comfortable as possible by managing your pain and other distressing symptoms. Although it can include end-of-life care, palliative care is much broader and can last for longer.
The goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family. Palliative care is provided by a specially-trained team who work together with your other doctors to provide an extra layer of support.
Companionship Care
The goal of companion care is primarily emotional support and socialization, although companions may help older adults with a variety of tasks including Light housekeeping. Other household chores such as washing clothes and dishes or running errands such as grocery shopping. From as little as an hour a day, we supply a support worker to suit your requirements.
Specialist Care
Sometimes referred to as nursing care, complex or specialist care refers to providing care for those with specific medical conditions or illnesses.
Sit-in Care
Sit-in Care is temporary care to provide caregivers relief from the full-time care they have been providing for your loved one. Our support worker will stay with you or your loved one over night to give peace of mind.
