I am a BarkBox subscriber and have never had an issue. I ordered from BarkShop for the first time on July 24th (a lage order) during the big 50% off sale and subsequently submitted another order on the 25th because it was such a good deal and I have 5 dogs. It had been almost two weeks since placing the orders and I hadn't gotten any shipping confirmations or updates of any kind. I tried to contact BarkShop three times within 4 days via email, text and Facebook Messenger and hadn't gotten any reply until yesterday upon which I was sent my tracking numbers for both orders, one of which had arrived to my office just 30 minutes before receiving the tracking information. Although I wasn't able to get in contact with anyone in a timely manner, my order arrived in full and I am overall happy with the products. I am now awaiting my second order and I expect it should come within the next week or so. I would have appreciated updates sooner but since I was under any time restrictions or anything, I wasn't too upset that the order too a little longer to get to me. I would order from BarkShop again but will keep in mind the fact that it might take a little while to get to me.
