What do you love most about your job?

Dogs! Dogs! Dogs! In all honesty I love all animals. I love being outdoors and seeing the pack having fun.

Most of all I love to see the transformation in dogs who have had little socialisation, making friends, fine tuning their recall or learning how to have manners when out and about.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having worked in large corporate businesses for much of my career and needing the help of dog walkers myself, I completely understand how customers feel, when entrusting someone to care for their pets.

After being made redundant, I decided it was now or never - time to do something that I loved and was passionate about, and here we are.

I have many years experience volunteering for animal charities, carrying out home checks and adoptions, and of course many hours of dog walking.

Why should our clients choose you?

We are dedicated, flexible and reliable, delivering a personal touch and dose of good fun. This is a small business owned by one individual, who is fully operational and walks daily. We have 3 amazing fur mammas, who deliver exceptional service and who simply adore taking care of our fur family.

If that is not enough to tempt you, then please do let our reviews, speak for themselves.

The price of hiring a dog walker will depend on the area of the UK in which you live, with prices typically higher in the South of England and particularly in London. The cost of hiring a dog walker will often be lower in the North of England and in Scotland and Wales.

The most important thing when you’re hiring a dog walker is that both you and your dog trust them. You should also ensure that your dog walker has public liability insurance that covers them in case of damage, accident or loss. The best way to find a reliable and trustworthy dog walker is by reading reviews of previous clients. When you hire a dog walker through Bark, you can browse the profiles of dog walkers in your local area and read honest reviews from genuine customers.

It is recommended that a dog walker should walk a maximum of four dogs at a time, to enable them to maintain good control of each dog. Most dog walkers will give you the option of having your dog walked alone or with other dogs. Walking with other dogs will help your dog to develop valuable social skills. However, if your dog is reactive, you may prefer for them to be walked alone.
