Often an owner will only seek my help when they are at their wits end. It's really satisfying to have them see a huge change in their puppy or dog's behaviour and a rapid increase in their own confidence and ability to manage their dog, and ultimately, be able to live a more harmonious life with their pooch.
I was more or less bullied into it! A number of people saw me out and about, on the tube, a train, a bus, in the street or a park with my own pooch and would comment on his good behaviour. These same people started asking for my help with teaching commands and behavioural issues (such as lead pulling and recall). These same bullies then started referring me to their friends. Thus came Snoots Dog Training. I now provide dog training to people predominately across West, North-West and North London.
The majority of my clients still come through word of mouth and positive referrals.
For two reasons:
1. I'll be the last trainer you'll ever need - I teach you how to teach your dog!
2. There are no huge upfront costs. The dog training world is beset with conners. I ask a small deposit so that you can have the confidence that my methods are kind and work before you commit to paying the rest (if you opt for a discount package).

Yes, but the best results tend to be achieved face-to-face. This way I can see the root cause of a behavioural issue for myself rather than a client incorrectly diagnosing the problem.
If you have one lesson prior to receiving your pup then this will be done online and will set you up to make confident start. The rest will be done face-to-face.
I take regular tests and will wear a mask if it helps my customers feel more comfortable.
