We have been doing remote puppy training/school with Naomi and we could not be happier. Her empathy and knowledge about dogs/puppies is vast. She takes the time to answer many questions that come up and tailors sessions to the needs of the family. Our pup is now 4 months old and we have successfully dealt with many of the usual issues that come up. She was also invaluable to speak to in order to prep for the pup's arrival. Given the pandemic, I would especially recommend online/zoom sessions with Naomi. We could not have managed without her. Thanks a million! More...

I'm so grateful for my time with Naomi. She is gentle, compassionate and non-judgmental with dog owners which was especially helpful as I'm going through a stressful time with my dogs. She took a detailed history of my dogs' health and behavior, gave me very useful advice and then walked me through exercises/training methods to help me with my dogs. I can't recommend her enough. Naomi grew up with animals and they naturally trust her. She has rescued animals from baby birds to injured lizards! There is a photograph of her sitting on a beach in senegal with about five stray dogs sitting by her side. .. says it all!
Her own dog Ruby, a gentle lab full of personality is beautifully trained. She has had great reviews from her clients and her trainers.

Q&As

I love watching dogs learn, helping people understand their dogs better and seeing dogs look subsequently so much more at ease.

I grew up wanting to be a vet, worked in the humanitarian/charity sector for a while and then found my calling working with animals a few years ago, thus setting up my own business.

I am a modern, rewards-based /positive dog trainer. I have a keen interest in animal behaviour and have undertaken courses on dog behaviour and coaching. I am a Puppy School Tutor (taught by the world-renowned Gwen Bailey). I also volunteer at the kennels of a large South London animal shelter so I am well-acquainted with many different dog temperaments and issues.

I am a Raw Advisor with Nature’s Menu, Dog first aid certified (License 153244473780644) by Vet. Dr. Sophie Bell and CRB/DBS checked and hold training insurance.

I regularly attend workshops, conferences and seminars to keep up to date with the latest science-based training practices.

Services

£40 per hour-long session.

4 sessions for £140 (£5 saving per session).

The aim is to help you raise a well-rounded and well-socialised, confident puppy.

We have the option of a pre-puppy meeting to discuss what to expect in the early days, how to bring your new puppy home, and how to introduce your puppy to young children and other pets.

When your puppy arrives we go through life skills such as toilet training, crate training, leaving them alone, helping them settle on public transport, cafes, vet visits, walking nicely on a lead, meeting other dogs and people, coming when called, settling and calm behaviour, and much more.

3 sessions for £105 (£5 saving per session).

Has your dog stopped listening to you? No longer coming back when called? Chewing everything? Barking? We help you through the often challenging adolescent phase.
