I offer psychodynamic therapy which aims to help you understand how your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours are shaped by your past experiences. My fees are £50 per session and I offer a free 20 minute introductory telephone consultation. I aim to offer you a safe space to unravel any conflict and for us to work together to “join the dots”, in order for you to become more empowered to develop confidence to bring about long lasting, positive change. You do not need to feel alone. I have experience working with the LGBTQI + community and many of my clients have come from diverse backgrounds and cultures with a wide range of challenges. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, trauma, addiction, bereavement, sexual abuse, work related stress, health issues and shame.
