I've been helping friends for years, and while re-assessing my life during lockdown, I realised that what I really wanted was to be able to help more people. I was made redundant right at the start of lockdown 2020, so I knew this was the perfect opportunity - so I re-trained as a coach!

Currently everything is done online. I am prepared, now, to meet in person. I generally find the best way to have these conversations is in a cafe, however I am happy to arrange other locations. I always have sanitising gel on me and a mask, and I am triple jabbed.
