I moved to Newcatle in early September with two broken phones a broken computer. I have been known to break things a lot. My first experience with this shop was when one of the owner’s offered to let me use his phone to make an emergency call after I had given one of my phones up to a different shop to be fixed. I wasn’t even doing business there and I was offered a phone, free of charge. It gets better. The other shop could not fix my phone, so I took it to this merchant to see if it could be fixed there. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed. However, they not only I strictes me on where’s to go to get a replacement, but advised me on Apple policy (both my phone are iphones), which would allow me one replacement for the price of a screen, and a replacement for the other phone, free of charge. I took it’s to Apple, and they were right. I got two completely new phones. They also replaced my computer screen in about five minutes. I strongly recommend this place!

I've been the go to person that my family and friends contact when they have tech issues. I also studied IT at college as well as self taught myself on upgrades/repairs as I enjoy working with computers. It just made sense after a while to turn a hobby into a business and so far it's taking off quite well due to great customer feedback and referrals from other customers that have used our services.
You're not just a number to me, I treat all clients like a friend however remain professional at all times. I also try my best to make the repair turnaround time as quick as possible without charging too much for the service itself.
Some computer repairs can be done online/remotely and as we also offer software such as Microsoft Office or assistance to install software you've bought youself, this can be done over the internet. We'll talk you through installing our remote control software and then you can also delete it afterwards for your own piece of mind.
During the Covid pandemic masks were worn and collection/pickup services became a lot more popular so we could keep our distance from customers to prevent any spreading of the infection and followed all government guidance. This is no longer needed however if you'd prefer a mask was worn then just let us know.
