What inspired you to start your own business?
Great pride in what I do and making positive relationships with customers. I get to fix a very wide range of problems and solve queries for customers that I would not while working as a technical support helpline operative. Going over to the customer site and working first hand with the equipment I can intuitively repair problems and perform tasks easier than directing the customer how to resolve their own problems over the telephone.

I deliver a thorough service for computer support and I take the best approach towards fixing problems that cause the least loss of computer data.
