Visited today service was excellent there arrived and told him what was up with my phone and gave me what he thought was up with it, got a quote and said give me done about 15 minutes which is what was predicted i returned work was done exactly what he said, and got me to try the phone in front of him made sure I was happy with it, I was over the moon excellent service excellent repair and 5 star service I would happily use them And would highly recommend them to any family and friends

Last minute repair needed on a severely damaged galaxy S8 screen and back glass, phone was badly bent. Another local shop said it could not be repaired at all and said my phone was basically scrap. Staff promised me my phone would be fully repaired within a few hours and at a fair price. This was carried out as promised and phone is now like brand new, I would recommend this shop and its staff. VeeJay is the man. Bought a hone from him, had an issue with the GPS, apple said they couldn't fix it, that I must upgrade it.
Took it to VeeJay, he fixed it no problem at all.

Walked in and booked an appointment for him to replace my iPhone screen and charging port. He seemed friendly and even offered to replace my charging port for free along with the cost of replacing my screen.
All was well... until he asked for my passcode. I politely explained that he did not need my passcode as I could test to see if the repairs had worked myself when he gave me my phone back. I pointed out that my phone, like most other peoples, contains a lot of personal information and I didn't feel comfortable giving it to a complete stranger. The moment he heard this he crossed my appointment out of his book and angrily complained about my lack of obedience. He went off on a rant, saying he wouldn't need to steal money or personal info from me because "this shop cost more money to set up than you'll ever have in your life", along with other distasteful remarks.
For all I know he might be good at fixing phones but he made it impossible to do business. During his bizarre and unpleasant rant he mentioned "those idiots down the road" (rival phone repair shop) several times. Once I left I headed down to 'the idiots' shop and they fixed my phone for a good price. The shop is called Repairs Etc, I would highly recommend everyone to go there. It's literally about eight doors down from this place.

I brought my phone to ADVANCETECH for repairs and they looked into it straight away and told me all the issues first, the team is very professional and were able to repair all the faults at a reasonable price. Initially I had taken my phone to another shop across the road from them called Repairs, that guy was horrible he had no idea what he was talking about and was just after my money he was just quoting me high prices without even finding out the problems with my phone.
