I offer one-to-one professional counselling sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes. Using a range of counselling therapies together we explore what your issues and difficulties may be. Taking that courageous first step to contact a professional counsellor when life gets too difficult to manage takes a lot of courage. Currently my fees are £40 per session. I also offer a 20% reduction for students and those who are unwaged.
