Hello, my name is Helena and I am an accredited counsellor who specialises in working with children and young people. I am based in Bournemouth, Dorset and provide a comfortable safe space for appointments during evenings and weekends. We have all experienced occasions when it feels hard to speak to those closest to us, this can often be due to not wanting to worry those we love.

Most of us experience rocky patches at times, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship problems and trauma, so being able to have the opportunity to tell me your story and gain insight and perspective whilst finding the way forward, can be a welcome relief. I also help people who are experiencing sight loss or live with someone that is.
