I cannot praise the Dock Hub highly enough. Not only are the staff friendly and the facilities lovely, but they now have a new therapy / interview room which is serene and quiet, and beautifully decorated. It is so difficult to find an accessible therapy (or meeting) room in Brighton and Hove but the Dock Hub has lifts, making this a great venue for therapy or counselling, interviews and meetings. Staff were really helpful and showed me to the office as I'd never been there before.I was rather confused that the main reception is on floor 2 so the first time I exited the building I came out somewhere else and had no idea where I was 😁

Reflexology (Foot)
Reflexology is increasingly recognised by healthcare professionals as a respected and effective alternative therapy, and can be used alongside conventional medicine.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands. The underlying principle is that these reflex points correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, practitioners aim to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes. Reflexology is often used to help alleviate stress, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being, making it a valuable complementary therapy.

Advanced Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology is a specialised form of reflexology that focuses on the face, using specific points to promote healing and balance throughout the body. The idea is that various areas of the face correspond to different organs and systems, similar to traditional reflexology on the feet and hands.
During a facial reflexology treatment, gentle pressure to these facial points are applied by the practiotioner. This can help improve circulation, reduce tension, and promote relaxation. In addition to its physical benefits, facial reflexology can also have a calming effect, making it a popular choice for those seeking stress relief and overall well-being, rebalancing your body & mind. It also has wonderful added benefits of acheiving a beautiful glow & healthier looking skin. Your journey begins here for the ultimate in relaxation.
