Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Ahmed Zidouri Architect company. From the start of submitting the planning maps to the local authority for approval till the end it was just problems and problems with multiple submissions of wrong measurements of maps and the planning department at the end told us to get a new Architect otherwise they will not entertain our application as planning building maps were full of mistakes.
After a very long struggle of submitting and re-submitting the maps multiple times and when our building work was supposed to start we again ran into major problems with the building control company as many measurements and details were still wrong. Few plans are so confusing for the building control company to follow and our builder refused to continue work as architectural plans are so out of proportion
In the end we have to hire someone else to get all our maps sorted out. We had a horrible time and our planning maps are just like a maze for everyone to understand. Measurements were wrong at multiple levels , even the structural engineer failed to understand the measurements and plans .The project which should be completed in a couple of months took more than a year to complete . We will never recommend it to anyone and advice to spend a bit more and get someone else.Few of the people we know run into the same problem by going through that company
