Ashley was an absolute star. I needed some AC fitted inside my small pet hotel as it gets unbearable hot in summer. Ash talked me through the process and reassured me as I wasn’t sure it was even possible.
He came over to quote on his day off (massive tick in my book) provided a very reasonable quote and booked us in for installation that very week.

Air Conditioning Installation
We had an air-conditioner fitted to a bedroom in May 2024. after having negotiated an attractive contract with Zephyr Air Conditioning Ltd in April.
Ashley (of Zephyr) kept us regularly apprised of the expected delivery date for the new air-conditioning equipment, and he turned up on time with the unit, despite an original manufacturer's supply difficulty. The only unit he was able to supply on schedule was of higher specification than originally agreed - but at no extra cost.
The installation work was carried out professionally. efficiently and very cleanly, with all carpets and furniture protected by dust-covers, provided by Zephyr. After completion of the work, all debris was removed from both outside and inside the building, even to the extent of a complete vacuum service.
Zephyr had originally advised on the required capacity/size of the unit and also on the best location from the points of view of both efficiency and aesthetics. He gave full operating instructions before leaving the premises so that we felt confident in using it, especially after his demonstration.
The entire experience of having air-conditioning installed was quite painless. All the work was done unobtrusively with the absolute minimum of disturbance and fuss. Ashley arrived at 8.30 a.m. and a few hours later he left the house as he found it - but with a working air-conditioner! We are most pleased with the outcome, particularly with the appearance of the completed job.
It was an absolute delight to have work done by such a pleasant, sociable, and knowledgeable engineer. Zephyr and Ashley deserve to be very highly recommended: and we have much pleasure in making that recommendation to anybody.

What do you love most about your job?
Every job is different and i enjoy meeting new people. Installing something new every time keeps things interesting too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In all honesty my little boy did, to allow more freedom for him.
Why should our clients choose you?
My company isn't a big company with loads of overheads and expenditure therefore i am able to keep prices generally lower, I like to build a relationship with my clients and provide them a service second to none. Also I like to add that I don't push for a sale so its as stress free process as it can be for all potential clients.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
The services i can provide remotely are limited. I can offer advise and direction over the phone for certain issues however 95% of the time we are required to attend sote to carry out an investigation into the problem.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carry PPE on us at all times and ensure we are hygienic as best we can. We do carry out weekly tests and should a test come back positive we shall contact you, as the client, to inform you of the situation and discuss the next steps.
Installation & Commissioning.
Supply and install new air conditioning systems and fresh air ducted systems plus commissioning. Documents sent after completion.
Service & Preventative Maintenance
With our servicing we don't just clean your units but we also carry out, pressure checks, temperature readings, electrical checks, fixings check, leak checks, visual inspections of the casings/systems, brush coils and clean, check for correct operation and should there be an issue on at the time of service we shall investigate it there and then. If unable we can recommend and process the repair.
Repair
If there is a part needed to be replaced or something as simple as new filters we do it all.
Investigations & Call out
If you have an issue with your system then please get in contact. We will come out and investigate the problem and then document what is needed to resolve that problem.
De-Commissioning
We will de-commission systems that are no longer needed or are deemed illegal in the UK for repairs such as the R22 systems. We will reclaim and dispose responsibly refrigerant from these systems as well as organise disposing of the systems themselves.
Pressure & Leak Tests
If you have been made aware of a leak to your system then we carry out a leak and pressure test to solve this problem. We will reclaim the refrigerant and then find the leak and repair it if possible.
