Charged me £2000 for 1 guy to do 4 hours work and replace the harling on my chimney, didn't take the old render off beforehand just applied straight over the top, no scratch coat applied or left to dry as discussed.
Was told they needed to erect scaffolding which was why the price was so high but then they didn't use it or even deduct the cost from my final bill.
Had to get the company to come back and clean up due to the gutters being left full to the brim of stones and render.
Never received a receipt or even a simple thank you for payment. Feel like I've been ripped off by a group of cowboys.
