We offer a range of Counselling & Psychotherapy that is designed to create a path to healing for everyone. Through a wide range of therapeutic models, which includes 'Art Psychotherapy' we offer sessions for groups and individuals, both 'on-line' and 'face to face', we can specialise in making tailor-made therapy that works specially for you.

Q&As

We love being able to help someone through difficult times. The world is moving so fast sometimes it can feel that its leaving you behind and you are floundering with no one to turn to. We like to feel that we can bridge that gap and help people to find a way through.

We could see that so many people needed help, but there were too few people there to offer that support and help. Running our own business means that we can offer as much help as possible and it was not all about just taking the money off the client, and ticking the box.

We are individuals that want to make that difference and will work with individuals to make it better for them.

All services can be offered online and remotely. Even Art Psychotherapy can be achieved in this way.

Online, remote sessions are available at any time.

Services

You don't need to be able to be good at art to really make Art Psychotherapy work for you. It lets you express and explore feelings and emotions through colours, mark making and creative outlets. Non intrusive, non confrontational and it provides a safe way to explore your feelings and emotions.

CBT works for finding a path for a 'coping strategy' to what you may be experiencing in your life now.

Helping you to learn how to notice your mind, body and surroundings in the present moment. We all feel that we need to stand back and see how we can move forward, this may be just for you.

Helping you to come to terms with your emotions through the difficult times of bereavement.

To offer support and guidance through all relationship ups and downs. For the individual or couple.
