So helpful. I messaged on a Saturday evening on the off chance, not expecting a reply- not only dis I get a reply but Tom was able to pick my item up and deliver it to me.
the very next morning.
Communication excellent- knew when he was on the way to collect and a phone call to let me know he was 10 minutes away from delivering my item to me.
Friendly and polite on top of all this as well.

I've underestimated the number of boxes during quotation, but it wasn't a problem at all.

We make sure we always have masks gloves and overshoes on the van at all times, incase our customers are worried about the virus. So we make sure we can protect both us and them.
