How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
We need to inspect existing foundation to check if concrete is strong enough and to check its size whether it is suitable to be a base for another floor.

This process check existing walls, insulation, ventilation, soundproof, existing joist.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
We can confirm this by measuring the distance of the existing joist to the ridge and it has to be at least 2.2m.

This process will involve assessing the roof and floor structure, build dormer, floors, walls, ceilings insulated, floorboards laid, roof lights installed, staircase fitted, tiled and vents, partition erected, first fix electricity and plumbing, plasterboard fitted, plastered, second fix electricity and plumbing, carpentry, painting decorating.

After completed work we have a 3-month retention period, we return to clients to do a snagging list of jobs.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My father had his own construction business and he inspired me to follow his lead. I like being my own boss and set the goals to achieve. It gives me flexibility and enabling work life balance.
