They checked in details; explaint their hypothesis by findings and reacted to the point sharply. Besides, they show their knowledge and skills to handle the uncertainty such as improper connection of pipe by previous plumber and ... during chasing the origin of problem. I had strong confidence for their proposal and follow up because they told you the facts by logic and common sense.
To short, I feel the peace of mind after their fixing and believed they can help me to fix next problem.
I had already asked their quotation for my next piping installation.

I worked with some cowboy plumbers on this platform that absolutely messed up my plumbing with leaks everywhere.

I was hesitant to use this platform again after the previous people left me in a mess, but Yili turned up and assured me that he will sort out all the issues and problems that happened.

Yili redone all the work to a very high standard and went above and beyond for us. He did extra work just to ensure the finishing was perfect.

Perfection is this man's specialty and I would highly recommend him. In the future, I don't need to look any further as Yili will be my plumber going forward. Did an absolutely amazing job.
