From our first meeting with Oliver to the removal of the scaffolding, we received fantastic service. We did get other quotes. Yeames sales team were friendly and informative. After doing some research and getting numerous quotes we decided to go with Yeames as they offered the product we wanted.

As soon as we had booked them in and paid a deposit the service was awful. The installation team didn't turn up several times, arrived late, broke roof tiles, dropped a solar panel off of the scaffolding and said they'd finished installing when they hadn't. The project manager was very difficult to contact and was not honest about his installation team. Eventually Yeames had to hire a different team to complete the job from an external company. The work was supposed to take 1.5 days and took 17!

The only decent service was from the commissioner and the receptionist, everyone else was incompetent. The products themselves work well and we liked the microinverters however the service meant it wasn't worth it.

Positive experience whilst pricing the work, good communication and competitive price. Installation was generally ok, they didnt turn up the first day as expected, and I had to chase and get a new date. I did also have to point out a few workmanship issues (and i'm not the expert), but they did rectify.

The main issue is communication after installation, I'm still waiting on paperwork several months after installation was complete, and get no responses to emails, texts or calls, and wanted some additional work carried out, again, no response, which is very disappointing. More...

Being a local company, I contacted Yeames Solar for advise & a quotation to install a solar array & battery system at my property. From the outset, their surveyor, Gary, arrived on time & went through the various options, explaining everything clearly, with no sales pressure.
I also obtained quotes from other companies, with Yeames pricing & timelines proving competitive.

Installation wise, I cannot fault the Yeames team for their professional & tidy install, with everything commissioned & working within the expected timeline. Their post installation support team have always been quick to respond & answer any questions I've had.
