Would highly recommend Geoff and his team. Y c built a loft conversion (hip to gable, with a dormer) on our 3 bed semi and it was the first time we had undertaken such a project. It’s a fair chunk of cash and a bit of a leap of faith when you choose a builder to go with but we felt confident in Geoff from the first time we spoke with him.

We found him to be ideal to work with, very professional and calm. He was quick to respond to messages and we found it easy to discuss any aspects of the project as we went along.

We were very impressed with the whole team, including all y c workers. They were punctual, professional and considerate and on site every day for the duration. They had an eye for detail and delivered a high quality end product. We have two small children who were curious about the work going on and we always found the team to be patient and friendly and ready to be flexible around our family arrangements.

Ultimately we were very impressed with the quality of the build and the finish and it was delivered on time and on budget. More...

I contacted Y c and to finally sort out my small garden. Dave visited and checked out the practicality of my plans. He discussed options, materials and finishes, providing advice without imposing any agenda of his own. Work on site was very well organised and efficient. Y c construction ltd was an incredible team to collaborate with on the renovation of our garden. The process began in the autumn, when we initially discussed ideas for the area. We went through several iterations of designs, ultimately settling on a fantastic concept from Hayley. The renovation team managed to work around extremely challenging access restrictions. Despite these obstacles, the work proceeded smoothly. We are immensely grateful for their efforts and are thrilled with the results.
