Gio and his team did an excellent job with my loft extension rear extension & full property refurbishment project. They were extremely efficient and it was hard to believe but logt constructipn was up in 2 months. They were very clean, professional and skilled company, we feel safe and trusting Xuvas group from the start to the end, they just get a new project from our Frend, thank you su much Gio.

Xuvas group just carried out a back extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment on our family home. This fantastic Italian company was recommended to us by a friend and we could not be more then super happy with the work that was carried out and the high quality of service we received. Gio couldn’t be more helpful, pointing us in the right direction for anything needed, checking endless links regarding materials and answered all our calls and texts without prompting, 3 months to complete this project was a challenge, They have already done several projects for friends and we would not hesitate in recommending and using them in the future! Gio was quick to respond to my Bark request and had a quick call to understand the job needed.
Gio was extremely professional and was a pleasure to have around my home. He replaced my sink and tap very quickly, improved the pipework work underneath (upon his suggestion) and offered to be at hand afterwards if any issues arise - which I'm sure they won't since everything looks amazing.

I had a Wren kitchen fitted, with the old one bring stripped by Gio.

I was let down very last minute by my orginal kitchen fitter, found Conbury on here & Gio was very fast & efficient. He had my kitchen stipped 2 days after giving his quote.

He gave out really good advice & recommendation along the way. Professional person & I am very happy with my new kitchen.

I had used Gio for my Kitchen installation and was very impressed. Gio then suggested that he can carry out some building work that I needed and as he has fitted my kitchen, I gave him the job.
What a mistake, it was, he is not a professional builder, he got two guys to carry out plastering and it was like a mud slide in the house, he fitted the doors wrong way around, electric switches had to be moved, had to be dug in after the plaster was done, what a mess.
Flooring don't get me started, showed me a really nice piece but when he got the flooring it is a cheap material, didnt lay a thick underlay and the floor started to dip, then he dug nails to hold it in place in the most busiest area of the house.
Bathroom and Laundry doors dont shut properly and found out that he had glued the screws, lost the bolt. I would not recommend Gio for any building work as I dont think he knows what he is doing or have any experience. He can talk alright and convenience you that he is right, a little bit of a bully. He has ideas, but they are his and does not listen to what you say. I feel the Con is the company name. I have to now get the doors fixed as they will break soon. He wanted to charge me more than what he quoted with a really bad finish. Even he cant paint. Do not use this company for build work, all i can say. I have lost a lot of money on this build and one day will have to re do the doors and floor :( More...

Hi ravi, im very surprise with this,after amazing kitchen fitting, and partial refurbishment done perfectly, we design full living room and corridor, high qualty doors, i got the pictures and videos for tge job done snd you been very happy with us on the end, so what going on, if you have any problem just call us and we will be more then happy ti sorted out.

Geo has an incredible experience, quickly gave us the quote, agreed to do more than we asked and for some of the work didn't charge an extra money. Very pleased

Gio and his team installed our Wren kitchen and laid laminate flooring in our kitchen, three bedrooms and hallway. We are really happy with the flooring, they did a really thorough job making sure the design was accurate and consistent across the rooms and that everything was level and finished well. They did a good job on the kitchen as well, it was all really well installed - if there were any problems they worked hard to fix them and they made good recommendations for finishing touches. Gio also worked very hard to fix some pipes that needed to be moved and didn't leave until he was happy with how it looked. They completed the work in a timely manner and were always punctual. They recommended some extra safety measures as well that were much needed. Conbury ltd fitted my wren kitchen they done a very good job of fitting my kitchen they have a wide knowledge of kitchens and building work I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting a new kitchen or building work done my only regret is that they didn't do the complete kitchen overhaul
