We provide services at the service users 'home like personal care; washing waking , dressing, preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, making appointments and accompanying service users to their appointments, engaging clients, etc. We ensure that the clients independence isn't taken away from them when providing these services and encourage service users' involvement
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We make service users aware of the new processes you put in place like social distancing, hand sanitiser, or any necessary PPE. I inform service users of the risk assessments that Xtra Care Services Ltd carries out .
